Hi All ,

was just wondering if anyone has had points appear in there account as yet . I registered on Day 1 .... my bill is around the 7th of each month ( and paid) . it is now the 12 day of the month and no points in my FF account.

I know the process is only new .... but just wanted to know if anyone has points ?

Nothing for me yet either. I did get confirmation that I was registered from Optus, but considering the sub-$10 bill a month I get from them, I don't care if I do or don't get points really:)

I have - about 10 days ago.

... and I had only received the email saying that the linking of counts was pending, and no further confirmation of validation.

It shows as: OPTUS REWARDS 08SEP11: xx_.

Nothing for me And I also signed up day 1

I got mine.....I'm not sure when my account was paid (direct debit).

I registered on day 1 and my bill was probably paid mid month. The points appeared in my QFF account a few days ago, then this morning I got a text from Optus saying I had earned my 100 QFF points and they would be credited within 30 days - possibly this is for my next months bill. So all working ok for me.

I got a text this morning to say id earnt points on my last bill...which I happened to pay two days before I registered. I'll keep an eye out to see when they hit my QFF account.

Drats, drats and double drats.

Been an Optus customer for years, had credit card direct debits in place for years, signed up on day one, got confirmation email that night and the number of points credited to date..... ZERO.

<Takes deep breath> I shall be patient as I'm sure that the points will eventually appear.......

Just signed up.

At completion it stated "Points will usually take up to 30 days to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account after your bill payment or Prepaid recharge is processed"

After I posted earlier I checked my QFF account and the points are already in :D Pity Im about to leave Optus for Telstra...

signed up on day one, had a pending on second account and definate register on one, recd email saying I had second account confirmed for points, then a text telling me points would be credited, so all working fine so far for me.

Nothing yet either and I signed up very early on. I have received confirmation though although that took a while to appear. Got a bill in front of me which is due yesterday and there's no mention on the bill of points or QF at all.

Spend about $250 a month so a few points in it. Not as much from next year when the mobiles go back to Telstra due to poor coverage outside the cities.

Yes, received points and before I got the message to say it was now linked.
