While not a Qantas FA, I met a drop dead beautiful young lady late 20's in a hotel lounge many years ago in Frankfurt (i was 39 and going thru divorce so single then), she was Lufthansa FA, one of the best looking women I've seen before of since, I struck up conversation as she waited to go to airport, had her laughing within 5 minutes and we hit it off.
As luck tuned out she was going to Miami for a holiday and I was going to be there at same time on business 2 weeks later.On arrival in Miami she left her phone No. for me at Luft. desk, so we hooked up for few days had a ball, 6 months later she and another good looking FA female friend, stayed in my home for 2 weeks.
On arrival to my house in Sydney's eastern subs from airport gave them a room each, 10 mins. later she walked through house to rear said she loved the pool could they use it, I said sure, both swam in the nude (really), so I thought stuff going back to work that day!.
My son arrived home about 4.30 pm from work, by that time the 3 of us were really sloshed on wine, as he lent on the pool fence with his eyes near popping out of his head, I asked if he was going surfing as he did near every day, said nope think I'll join you! (he did in the spa).
Three of us went everywhere, driving up and down the coast in my bimmer, took both to numerous xmas parties and end of year trade functions (latter was a big hit) there I was one arm in arm each side (dam show off), ah yeah it was as wild as (was lot more to it but hey this is a public forum after all!). They kept in contact but then I met my Austrian wife to be 6 months later so that was the end of that.
