I am now a full Gold member after taking up the Explore Gold and getting 80 SC. I log into my account and to 'My Benefits' page and don't see the option for the Hilton Gold online form request.. anyone can point me to the right direction?
Thanks. They were useless. At this stage, I will probably get the points from the latest CC sign up offer before these.Call them as the online form looks like it works and it does nothing. If you fill in the form it doesn't register with them. If you call they fill in a working form for you and in a few days you will get an email from HH with your Gold account details

Applied on 10 July. Followed up Hilton yesterday on Live Chat. No record in the system.
Just got off phone (not knowing this thread was here!) to Plat Line and she has escalated to her back end and is promising something in 3-5 business days - especially as I am travelling next week.
She mentioned that it could take up to 20 business days - and I said that they should disclose that as I could not see it on the information or in the T&Cs. She said that it was in the emails I would have received...except I received no emails at all! She has also escalated that as a technical issue.
Notably I am having the same issue with the Hertz upgrade.
