Hilton are playing hardball even though I have the email saying I should be Diamond until March 2021 and said I haven't stayed enough. I've just sent them a snip from the email I have - thank goodness I'm an email hoarder. SIGGHH

Not to me they aren't but I should have Diamond until March 31st 2021 and that's what I want.

Likewise so will be interested to see what happen shortly with the yearly status update. Hopefully the Macquarie based status will carry over per the original confirmation from hilton last year.

Well it will certainly carry-over until (at least) 31st March 2021, unless further extended. However, if there are any glitches showing after about mid April 2020, I would be following it up.

Same here. I think what they are trying to tell me though, is call them again once I drop down - hard to tell because the email is in Engrish and the words are all muddled up.

so I sent them a copy of the email and said please escalate and this is the response which as you said is Engrish - then I got a survey about 10 minutes later. Waiting until after I've had my work meeting tonight and have a gin and tonic - then I'll respond.

Yep - we have 2020 status, even if as a courtesy of the MGL card, so I fully anticipate this 2020 status to be extended to March 2022. It’s very good news!
