For the nights I am interested in, booking with this rate is about $100AUD more. Question is if I could use up the $100USD value per evening?

Odd T&Cs. It's for stays at Conrads but apparently it's only valued for stays in the Waldorf portfolio.

Didn't receive my 500 point bonus for booking using the app on a recent stay. Is it normal for it to take a little longer?

Usually comes through at the same time as other points. Make sure you don't make any changes, alterations, amendments, OLCI or requests on-line as everything must be done on the app.

I changed my rate within the app, does that void?

My february stay came through but not march. Best option is to call to Honours and from what I have read they may try and tell you it was not booked using the app.There was mention that staff opening the reservation for upgrade may be enough to change the code used in the booking to distinguish if the app was used, either way a poor promotion if you need to call each time.I still need to call about 4 stays missing the visa payment promotion.

No, as long as it was done on the app and is an eligible rate


edit....the T&C's do say to wait 6-8 weeks and they don't mention any rate types

Thanks, will chase up. With a few sites offering Cashback, I better get the points (even though it is not that many).

I called the US reservations team yesterday to request a high floor (for some reason low floor was on profile). They confirmed my App offer was still working

have used the app twice - no bonus points either time..both stays i was upgraded which i thought may have invalidated the 'app' booking. haven't bothered to chase the points yet
