Good for me, I have 2 nights at the 2000 points per night which finishes end of April and continues to 3 nights of 3x points from the start of May all for a 5 night stay

I had a change in plans and ended up staying at a Hilton property booked via the app. I just signed up with the double points promo on the day of check-out but yet to check-out. Is this still eligible? I booked the stay first then signed up with the promo.

I think I had a stay at IHG where they told me of a promo on checking in so I signed up. Would be nice if other hotel chains notified you of promo's on.

Double points for up to gold, triple for Diamond. As long as you join the promotion prior to checkout you should be right.

was thinking of booking conrad osaka and it currently has some kind of 72 hr sale.
I don't know whether or not to jump on this as conrad osaka isn't on the list.. but there also is no twin suite avail at the hotel so there wouldn't be a chance of an upgrade

any insights?

Looked at the Hilton Brisbane, Amex rate is the same as the HHonors advance purchase rate. Advantage is the Amex price is cancelable.

Cashrewards wouldn't work though, I've tried on 2 bookings and they weren't approved in the end. Maybe because the stay was more than 5 months out or because of diamond benefits I'm not sure...

Cash rewards wouldn't work on that because it's not directly booked on the Hilton site.
The landing page where you type your Amex digits is taking referral credit.

So sounds like the same vague terms as a room upgrade for golds and diamonds. I wonder if they receive double upgrades?
