I am in the Pier right now. I am a QF WP. The Wing dining was a disappointment. I ordered duck breast and received one quarter of a duck breast. The buffet is half what it used to be. Cost cutting has hit here as well. I am about to try the Pier's dining.

I have not bothered to request an upgrade so that should improve your chances !!

You should've stayed at the Wing, my Salmon was at least 4cm x 5cm x 3m - almost a cube ... perhaps they are coarsely dicing them.

I also love a walk to/from the Pier but not for the food.

Depending on the time I arrive I'll be having lunch and dinner at the Wing during this lounge crawl. I'll need to remember the Lasix too as too much Coke Zero can cause bloating.

Anyone staying in HKG? Would be good to arrange an afternoon tea or some type of local adventure!
