I saw this posted months ago and then ignored it now it seems one of those AFF must do events for 2025.

Now in the CI VIP lounge at TPE.

Is this the worst entry to a lounge, anywhere ( after line check in)? No other option. I think there was a First lounge on the check in desk level

It's the next Shuttle is scheduled 7pm.

Just touched down in HKG after quite a pleasant Y flight and surprisingly nice afternoon tea en route. Still have plenty of room for a dinner entree. So I will check in and make my way to the Sheraton Grill. Hope to see you there soon but do start without me.

I caught one last night - I'm sure they were in a rush to get back.

Seems there's around 75 of them and generally cash only.

That looks wonderful. I'd be cutting it in half and having that cold the next day though. Interested to see all the HK lounge as we will be transiting later in a few days and it's been so long since I've been in Hong Kong.

@Matt_01's plan is to start 1pm.

For those staying at Tung Chung perhaps meet in foyer of Novotel ~12:30pm to catch 12:40pm shuttle to airport.

Hong Kong has "Smart Departure" for departing visitors with e-Passports so getting airside should be simple.
