The guy knew someone at the call centre - you wouldn't go there randomly - its the white building at the end of the street to the right of the 'Technopark' label.

I don't reckon I've spoken to anyone in Hobart in at least two years, maybe more. Pretty sure that Emma this morning was either in NZ, our maybe even Fiji.

I just rang again as I am having issues changing a classic with the other centres.

There was a recording straight away saying "our HB call centre is closed due unforeseen circumstances"
