I’ve googled and can find impressive glossy brochures from the companies selling these systems, but they all carefully omit pictures of the sensor.

I guess it’s too late once you check in, but handy to know what we’re looking for.

At the hilton garden inn sg the sensor looks like a security motion sensor. Rectangle with a matt screen on the front angled towards the centre of the room. At Hilton orchard road Singapore, it was more discreet, I want to say it was like a small circular thing in the ceiling but I could be wrong. I will be in Singapore again soon enough, if I decide to give one of these hotels another go I will post pictures.
