Just putting it out there. In my 40 or so Hilton stays in the past year, I never once had a turn down service.

That's strange. Do you usually check-in late?
In which properties did you mostly stay?

That is odd. Only other reason I can think of is if you put the DND sign on the door at all times, even when not in the room.
Unless turn down is gradually being phased out...
Predominantly European properties. No DND sign ever put out. No late check-ins for this little black duck.
My experience in AU properties has been mixed. Sometimes full turn down with chocolates to just mentos and breakfast menu on the pillow.Predominantly European properties. No DND sign ever put out. No late check-ins for this little black duck.

A weather card???My experience has been in AU I've always got turndown. One property does small chocolates (flat square ones); another does tea bag. All of them put the breakfast menu on the pillow along with a weather card.
A weather card???
Ahh thanks. I have never seen one of those in any HH I have stayed.Tomorrows weather will be sunny with a top of 20. If it's done in Melbourne they would need an a3 size card

Sydney and Brisbane don't do it anymore, at least not when I stayed there lately.
I've never had one in Australia.
