Newish hotel away from downtown and closer to the airport, only in Singapore for one night. Would probably try something else next time, or just bypass Singapore.

I am an "accidental" Accor silver.
Last stay was Mt.Lofty (sa).
Room : I think a suite upgrade but hard to tell… ( I asked for a quiet room on booking because this is a wedding venue...and ended up in a very large comfortable dungeon…. )
Booking did not show breakfast as an inclusion , it was offered at check in and was quite good.
Also received two $10 drink vouchers (that didn't even cover a decent beer at the bar )and a fair amount of we love you waffle.

Like Hilton gold , low level "status" seems to have fair value, arguably better than being "nobody"…..

First stay here for 5 months and quite a few changes in personnel, which isn’t great for a relative regular like me. Exec lounge closed and temporarily relocated to the boardroom for a month to accommodate a French rugby contingent who have apparently requested some exclusivity. New GM is French, I gather! She came to the boardroom one evening but only greeted one table. Boardroom far inferior to the regular lounge.

Haven’t met the new Liz, but was able to get all I needed from Sharon who now seems to be at the front desk.

The staff that I have encountered many times before all seemed a little negative / worried about changes. A number noted that not only have several long timers left but there are more departures to come.

But overall my stay was fine. Will return next week so keen to see if others I didn’t see have actually left or were just absent on this stay.

A few more of the old faces were there, but confirmation that a lot had left.

Stay was fine. Room ready at midday with many apologies for delay. Upgraded from standard room to 1 bedroom corner suite. Mid-level floor but still great upgrade.

Exec Lounge still re-located due to French Rugby team staying in hotel and taking the whole 14th floor facilities.

Had very good spa sessions both stays.

We only booked the room at midday of the stay. This was our fourth visit in 6 months and this was recognised at checkin. Whilst they’d run out of baby coats and trundle beds they offered us tonnes of blankets, sheets and towels for our three kids under four to enjoy the floor ... which they LOVED! Had very impressive views of the Vivid Fireworks in Darling Harbour right at eye level. We find this hotel and it’s Executive Lounge offering the best of any Accor properties we have stayed in around the world. Great afternoon tea, evening drinks and breakfast.
