Yes, we stayed there as a family of four in June as a Gold member. Booked superior room, got upgraded to Deluxe room.
Very warm welcome, loyalty recognition by manager, and guided tour of hotel and room. Welcome chocolates and biscuits in room.
Asked for late checkout, but could only be given until 12:30pm.
Superb hotel in a very good location. Breakfast is amazing and well worth it.
Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Another recommendation for INK Amsterdam. Was a fantastic hotel, and very good recognition of status. I ate in their restaurant one night too - fantastic food.
