How does Accor treat you as an Elite guest?

My vote is Swissotel, as mentioned great views from the lounge and sunsets.
Normally get a high floor room as a Platinum with great views also.

I quite like this hotel but it does have some flaws.

First the positives, for the price the view is excellent, facing in a roughly Easterly direction. Often you can get a River View room for under $300pn. I'd always book a River View room don't rely on an upgrade.

The location is not in the CBD, which you could view as either a positive or a negative.

It's in Nedlands which is very nice suburb & if you like walking you can walk along the waters edge in either direction. There is a very regular bus service that takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the CBD or if you have your own vehicle parking is also reasonably priced at $25pn but needs to be pre-booked.

The Rooms are a decent size. On previous stays there was no table & chairs, these were inside but that seems a waste.

Although the Shower door annoys me in that when you open it you cover the towels & the door is full height so you can't hang your towel over the top.

There is also a decent sized outside deck area near the bar which I would imagine should be reasonably protected from the Freo Doctor during Summer.

The breakfast selection is on the small side as it's not a large Hotel & each time I've had poached eggs they've been hard in the middle 😝

My room tip would be ask for 3rd or 4th floor & avoid the rooms around 219/220 (I think it is) as they have air conditioning unit or some other large industrial device which requires industrial fans outside, I could hear these at night on a previous stay.

Edit: There was only 4 coat hangers in the wardrobe, I'm sure on previous stays there has been more.
