Just checked FlightTracker....

12 segments
27716 miles
2 days 13:37

Does that sneak me into one of the Top 10's?
:)

Fingers crossed for a bigger, better 2014.

Awesome job with the spreadsheet SeatBackForward!

Would be quite cool to look through the whole list of users data, any chance of a read only google doc or similar?

Yeah I'll do that as it's as very basic list.

All I did was read through everyones posts on this thread and took info from users who posted both distance and segments. Some only put one or the other so were excluded.

Not sure if such a list can be extracted from the AFF flight tracker, I suspect not.

A question for admin, I suspect. Although it would depend on privacy settings as well.

You would be at least fourth on the segments list.
Not to worry. I think some of the Platinum One's such as Jobu , Tony Hancock, trippin_the_rift etc and serfty are missing from these lists anyway.

Some of us don't want to publicise details of all of our movements... (and also, I don't use the flight tracker - too much mucking around to input the data)...

But this does raise the question - what is the best flight tracker?

I've only had to manually input data into flight tracker for any flights before 2007. Basically I have signed up to TripIt, and I email them all my itineraries .(or it can automatically scan a nominated email address). So this is a record of all my flights, with no manual input. Flight tracker has the option to import data from TripIt, so again no manual entry.

Ok so I've attached the details into the below txt file (AFF wont allow CSV or xls attachments), its tab delimited, so any spreadsheet application should be able to open it.

Sorry, no top 10 finishes there. Haulage probably the best at about 15th.

I completely respect and agree some folk don't want their movements made public. I also don't want my specific sectors/dates/times/etc public, hence why I don't post in the monthly meet threads.

I guess my request for the public spreadsheet was based on users that have freely provided details in this thread.

Regarding the best flight tracker I used to say flight memory but now I've imported everything over to the aff tracker I'd recommend that. :)

Not 100% sure on miles etc. However there were 6 trips to the US. A few domestic US flights mostly on the west, but two cross country trips. SYD->HKG. A lot of domestic AU flights (mostly SYD->MEL with a handful of SYD->BNE)

Mostly done on Air New Zealand, and a few on Virgin Australia, delta, virgin atlantic and virgin america.

This year does not look like it is slowing down. With 3 international trips booked before march.

Welcome to AFF rioter. It looks like you are going to be very busy

Thank you. Have been lurking for a while. This seemed to be the perfect thread to jump in.

It does, unfortunately travel (even in J) has long lost its shine. Still do enjoy the lounges though :)
