What browser are you using? I'm having no luck getting cities to populate when logging in on Chrome or FF.I was able to find flights BNE-MEL return and PER-MEL return (yes I had to login)
I used Samsung's internet browser in incognito to get it to load earlier - just tried again and it is now not loading yet was a couple hours ago (make sure you use http:// not https:// as per the instructions)What browser are you using? You may need to give them a call in that case.I'm using Edge, the website loads, I can log in, choose a city and dates but no flights are showing and I tried a few cities and dates.
It's always been tenuous. I'd recommend calling. Why the hell is this site not working. Trying to book complimentary flights and once I select the flights it boots me back to the main Virgin Australia page.....
I found this late last year too, but didnt try to book so not sure if it would work.I had the same issue recently but eventually coaxed it in to giving results. Perhaps I should keep quiet, but it appeared to me there was no limitation on the city pairs I could search for and get to the final stages of booking. My understanding is that shouldn't be the case e.g. I got MEL-PER and MEL-DRW returned. Is this something that would fail at the very final payment stage?
