Hi Everyone,

I have a bit of an odd requirement. I'm planning on flying Sydney to NYC via LA, complete a tour via ground back to LA then fly to London. The flight I'm looking at included 2 pieces of luggage which is great because I'm moving to the UK however the tour I'm on is quite strict and only allows 1 medium sized suitcase. If I could store 1 suitcase I could keep summer clothes with me and store winter clothes until I'm ready to travel onward to the UK. Does anyone know of how I could go about storing a piece of luggage in LA for 3 months, the baggage service I have used previously charges $10 a day which over 3 months would be over $900! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any help offered.

Emily.

Emily,

Just send the luggage with a forwarding service to UK from Aus, or arrange one from US if research shows them to be cheaper and worth the hassle. Not knowing where you are hassle vs price hard to ascertain. Living in DRW I lean towards hassle, but I do note left luggage frowned upon in US.

Not much help, but things to think about
