Hi All,

I have had a number of changes to our flights recently - with many just randomly dropping off. After numerous days on the phone with Qantas on many occasions, I think we finally have it resolved.

How can I tell if my ticket has been re-ticketed correctly - (understand it needs to have an 081 number to be valid)? When i check the booking on Qantas online, and click the email itinerary button, it sent me my previously issued ticket info (without the latest changes).

When I check other airline sites, it shows the booking as "confirmed" for all the new segments, but with so many changes lately, I'm a bit jaded now about us actually being able to fly!

Note: these changes have just shown up as 'confirmed' a couple of hours ago.

Thank you

Either order an eticket receipt from Finnair:

or add your trip to CheckMyTrip (app or website) using your booking reference.

Thank you, I have just checked and received e-tickets for us both, with 081 starting e-ticket numbers and all segments showing as "Ok" = Confirmed.

Thanks again :)

CMT is the answer. There is no guarantee that the airlines' websites will have up-to-date information and may still show the last valid ticket number for a booking that is no longer ticketed.
