IHG Accelerate 1st June-31st August 2016

So has anyone had stays credited yet. I kicked off on 1 June with a stay and have had 2 since. Nothing recorded in activity status or offer status... seems a bit slow to appear.

I had my first stay for this promotion on 3/6. The stay registered on my accelerate dashboard on 10/6 but points have not yet hit my account

Will show up on dashboard usually within 14 days but allow 6 weeks for points to credit

Regular & 'status' bonus points credited in a few days, post IC Sydney stay.

Just checked, and found the 2 x lots of 5,000 points are 'ticked', but not the 'spend on food' requirement ( $110. = 1,100points ). I did spend over $200. on dinner at Cafe Opera Sydney IC.

Those 11,100 bonus not credited to my account as yet ( not really expecting just yet anyway ... )

A word of warning. I thought I had made a Members Exclusive Rate booking but it didn't register as completed. Read the T&Cs and it says needs to be more than 7 days in advance

No, it applies to all the hotels in the group-some tasks require stays with a specific chain though

1,000 - Earn when you redeem

I've only recently joined IHG and had a look at the accelerate offers, but the T&Cs state that the campaign is only available to members located in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Greater China. How is everybody taking advantage of this campaign then? (Apologies if this is a silly question, newbie alert!) thank you!

I can see why people like the IHG program especially for earn but I'm still keen to benefit from a redemption from point breaks or other to test if they're worthwhile! Still in my first yr with them (and trialling others)

The following have been achieved

5,000 - June bonus offer
5,000 - Stay once get 5,000
10,000 - Stay more earn more (5 nights)
6,400 - Saturday stay bonus (2 Saturday nights)
12,800 - Globetrotter stay bonus (2 countries outside Australia)

Managed to earn the above with 5 nights in June. Achieving one of the following this month will yield a further 13,500 achievement bonus

1,300 - Eat, drink earn ($65 of $130 achieved)
1,000 - Earn when you redeem

I have a similar one, 800 points for $70 spend. I couldn't find anything in the T&Cs if this had to be in 1 stay or just during the promotion period. I'm hoping it is for the promotion period, I ended up a few dollars short because of the IHG exchange rate, that will teach me for not ordering that extra beer and coughtail

Mine says "This Promotion is only available to members located in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Greater China"

I've never had an issue with any other Accelerate in the past and have already had points credited for the current promotion

Don't worry it's for the promotion period.

Had the seafood buffet for 2 on a Saturday night last month and will do so again end of this month to take up my spend to USD130.

When the spend registers on the Accelerate dashboard you will see what % of target remains
