I am NOT in the $#%&?!!!!!! Qantas lounge this morning.

But I am in the "Plaza Premium" lounge at Brisbane International whilst Qantas remodels my lounge for me.

Not happy.

I miss the tiny little peaceful refuge that was the old F lounge in BNE

Saw wooden stirers for drinks for the first time in the ADL QP.
There were still tea spoons though.
Had party sausage rolls also for the first time, plus vegetarian pasta.
At least some options apart from DIY sandwiches.
Well, to the SYD QF F lounge tomorrow.
First visit ever.

Have an SD card in an Androit phone now.
Lets see if it works.
Have not done OLCI as I want the real thing re BP.
Having done the MEL QFi F and J lounge, and the SYD QFi J, for the SYD QFi F, I think I will be overwhelmed!

Nothing stopping you from checking in online and then requesting a paper boarding pass at the counter.

There wasn't a F lounge guardian/dragon at the frosted sliding door glass, just the person upstairs.
Now I am satisfied.
Going to check out the ambiance now.
Not sure if my pix would work, haven't had the chance to try it linking yet.
For those who have been in, as a check note, there are 2 rooms with computers in them, near the kids play area. Most right hand side facing the bay windows.
RESERVED it says on the wall next to the doors.
Edit: ah, so there are no protrusions.
Its just that the QFi SYD F lounge has got windows that look like it protrudes out, but its the way that its set up, for a wider vista.
Now waiting for it to get brighter to see outside.
And yes, its much better than the QFi MEL F lounge.
Higher up too.
2nd edit: just light outside, wow, the views are indeed very good from the QFi SYD F lounge.
Ok, that's it then.
