In MEL now, as are the West Coast Eagles. I thought that they would be given the time of this PER flight had effectively been pushed back 90 mins. The full row 10 on the A332 has been allocated or blocked for weeks which is quite unusual. Will be interested to see if some of their taller players get the extra legroom or if there are some Eagles fans who are plats and plan ahead.

I have a feeling that my flight back on Fri might be with Freo as once again it is a special time and all of row 10 is blocked/taken

The male lounge angel remarked how early I am & reminded me that I've now used 1 of 2 silver guest passes. I assured him I'll be Gold at the end of this trip.

First time I have ever checked in my 3 bag entitlement. At priority checkin was asked if I had pre-purchased additional bags and I said, No. Standard inclusion for Platinum... At least they put priority tags on them all this time which often doesn't happen.

As much as I like the MEL VA Lounge I never need to spend more than an hour there - it's not that good!
