I'm now at the BNE lounge - my flight out of OOL was cancelled so I am still a OOL virgin (never been there but was originally looking forward to it).

No - but I was stuck in Melbourne for the same reason. With the works going on it was pretty packed in there.

Oh dear John, you will be shocked to know what's stuffed in a hot dog - I've haven't had one for years since I contracted for a FMCG company!

Essentially every artificial flavour, preservative under the sun then it's puréed off cuts of off cuts from the animals - the bits no one else wants or can use and all you need to do is google to see what bits.... Then thickened with thickening agents, emulsifiers and flour etc

Incredibly high in fat and carbs. I wouldn't think it should be on yours, or anyone's eating plan.

But very cheap - hence VA using them.

It tastes nice though. Much better than some of that gourmet stuff that is supposed to be healthy. Oh well....
