I honestly cant remember. I do recall reading about it on FT as well as loyalty lobby and took it from there. I think there were also Google searches for appropriate CC numbers.

Instant for me. Tried the 2nd of three numbers generated and it hung, so used the first and it went through immediately.

You can email them again and advise your Le Club status. They should match you again.

If you have a Visa card, the trick is to replace the first 6 digits with the Visa Infiniti digits and then follow with the rest of your card number.
