Is anyone still Platinum?

Still P and was hoping to carry on in November, but recent experience in Melbourne has quashed that. I had to travel AIr NZ home so lost out on SCs on Qantas. Upside was I status matched to Air NZ Gold so had some benefit even though the lounge was not open in MEL.

I'm still Platinum. My year ended 2/21, I'm on 1,111/1,200 to retain.

Still WP until 31 Jan 22. Haven't flown since March 2020. Need 500 SC to retain. I'd booked a few DSC domestic trips in next 6 months which would retain WP, but already the first trip to QLD weekend after next I suspect won't get to happen as I expect the border will close before then

January expiry so won't get the auto extension but I'm well on path to reach the required status credits anyway- after this upcoming weekend's flight from Auckland to Brissy in J, I am just one Business return away from the needed credits. So as long as we don't have a catastrophe where all of Australia goes into Lockdown (or we do over here, who knows), I should be fine.
