Im not been rude or distractions about costco. But i am quite of a suprise no one has agreed with me only one like which i wont mention the user name.

But i just want to point out the possibility how business actuall do business against us people in beleiving everything you hear and see at costco must be so what (true) when ore likely your falling in beleiving that is actually cheaper when you just gave annually to costco 60.00 dollars in the first place. People just dont dont no how to save up or believing. Costco just a brand. It makes people feel atractive about the branding just because its a giant costco. For me it is nothing more like a warehouse just like bunnings without a luxury ceiling obove your head when you enter.

Like ive said im suprise no one agreed with me because really the trick play at costco was to have this pay before you enter that door at costco 60.00 annually why do you think everyone must pay before you enter the doors ? Of course its to pay the other half price (the so what half discounted on that product) to pay it off.

Like ive said and only one more time to get this understanding,

For example You paid 60.00 annually to enter costco. Now you browse and mingle around and buy the tray of meat. It cost 5.00 dollars at costco and same product meat at coles new world 10.00 so its 5.00 MORE at costco. Take note again lesson 2. You are just about to pay at the cashier 5.00 dollars for that meat loaf of tray because its 5.00 cheap you walk away and now lesson 3. Did you really paid 5.00 for that meat loaf of tray? you did YES correct. But what you just didn't realise was that if you remind back how it all started. You just gave costco 60.00 that 60.00 annually membership covers up most of the so what (half price) on products whatever you may buy in the store. So there for that 60.00 annually will cover the actual OTHER half 5.00 for that meat loaf.

Costco will not make nothing cheap. It is as equal as going to woolies and coles if the meat of loaf on a tray cost 10.00 at woolies and coles. Costco will have a trick for you. They going to make it sound as if it is cheaper so they make it 5.00 dollars for that meat loaf of tray. And you only pay 5.00 bucks indeed. But that actual annually membership 60.00 is to cover the other missing half price 5% so this means you didn't really got the meat for 5.00 you did paid 5.00 after you left but that annually 60.00 is actually to cover the so what eveyrthing that is half price at costco. There for the game is that once you enter costco your brain believes it is cheaper on things at costco compare to woolies or coles new world. But people end up forgetting what they just did. You gave costco 60 bucks and normally that 60.00 bucks is to cover the missing other half price on goods.

Of coruse now you enter costco and wow everything seems cheaper and you only pay half the price. But that annually the mind tricks you.. you gave costco 60.00 dollars and that 60.00 dollars will now cover the (other missing half price.

So in vertually you paid regardless 10.00 dollars for that leaf of meat on a tray. So why bother shop at costco when it all works and falls into the very same situation when you go to coles and woolies and buy the same meat for 10.00 dollars seriously.

If Coles and Woolies where to charge you annually before you enter those doors... Coles and Woolies will then have that product(s) lets say that meat loaf on the tray for just 5.00 bucks but think again you paid them before you entered the doors. There for the statistic way of making secret busienss against people like you is to actually make them believe AFTER you enter the doors knowing things are half price when virtually you still paid the full price regardless even tho you only just paid 5.00 dollars for the damn loaf of meat on a tray... Seriiously i would never pay to enter a grocery store... i rather enter and see the actual price and end it there,

I hope now people will truely understand the reason how business has secrets and how statistically knows a way to deal with people in order to make you believe (we are cheaper and better then coles and woolies) when its actually no diferents.

Costco is a nice name and brand but defently i dont beleive about enter a grocery store just really rude how this business do such busienss with people. Also i don't like how big the trolleys are at costco... Even i could images i can shove in a loaf of bunnings hardware items on it.

Why im doing this? BECAUSE i want people like you to save up and dont beleive anything you see at the grocery store. Its day light robbery by business like those that has a trick of mind up your sleeve. However do ehat is best for you. Im not rich in order to throw money like that. Plus its not a big deal at costco its just a giant warehouse building that is nothing more then similarity stores across town just like costco regardless.. Its more like you need a truck to buy things there.

ThoughtI Tis one isa wee bit short me wee laddie. Please make sure cosco payment necessiry to keep away ghosts, and specially on Easter Sunday.

Anyone used it overseas?
I'm going to the US soon and was wondering if anyone has had any problems using it over there?
Will just be shopping and possibly fuel - Thanks :)

Yes. Membership is valid at every Costco

We have had 2 Costco cards for more than a decade.
For the ladies they are the largest seller of diamonds in the world.
Selling the majority of their non perishable products at 15% in a sales dollar will make their offerings pretty competitive except when put up against a loss leader from another retailer. In Australia they don't have the volumes in alcohol to match Australian retailers unless it is imported as a "world buy".
In Los Angeles we are one block away with an IN N Out right next door.
The worldwide changeover to Citibank CCs from Amex is delayed as Amex is selling their customers complete with their running balances to Citi so that is a complicated transaction. Citi won the bid at a price that Amex could not match.
Last year I put more than $5,000 on Amex cards so the annual sub is not a problem for us.

Everyone can do what they wish to do with costco. I just have a theory about costco and the trick thing about why people must pay to enter. Its just statistic way to make you think things later is chepaer. Anyhow nevermind it was just a thoery thing and that i went to costco but only one time. I cant see myself going there again in the next 3 years time but i cant bother register and cancel and register far too silly. But anyhow people know days are a very unusual sort thing where people would spent so much that yet they see it cheap savings while us olders see thats too expensive know days.

But with all due respect. Anyone can do what they are to be happy with costco or not. I will be happy the day costco doesnt do that silly thing about pay them a membership. Who on earth does that for a grocery store. Costco isn't a theme park.

Nice theory. Shame it's wrong. It doesn't cost $50 every time you enter costco. You can go to costco 365 times for $60 That's $1.20 per visit. So that $100 meat tray at Coles costs $51.20 at Costco. What you could do is buy 2 meat trays, plus some raffle tickets - that might cost $105. The take one down to the local public bar and runs meat tray raffle - $1 a ticket, 6 for $5. Sell 100 tickets and you've paid for your meat.

So I have a theory - we should all be running meat tray raffles at our local pub. That way some one else is paying us to shop.

Personally I eat so much I spend $300 a week of groceries, call it $15000 per year. If cost co saves only 25% of average, so I save $3750 by only spending $1.20 a visit. Yeah, clearly I'd be utterly stupid to shop at costco.
