Is the QFF program really a 'frequent flyer' program???

Great. Let's all do this. When we all have 20,000 free points, they'll just devalue points again.
Indeed, let's all whinge about a programme we have joined, knowing full well the terms and conditions, features and benefits of said programme - which are published publicly, and then be given 20k in points.

This here is what is wrong with the programme - too many benefits for people who whine.

If you don't like it - vote with your feet. Join the programme with the other full service airline in Australia - oh, sorry, there isn't one [yet - give JB time].

The only reason Qantas is profitable and the others are not is PREMIUM TRAVEL. There wouldn't be any cheap red e-deals if not for those who buy flexible fares or fly in premium cabins. More cross-subsidisation goes on in airlines than under a Labor government income tax regime.
