I am trying to transfer a lounge pass but get an error message to check the number.
I have checked and it is ok. What is the work around? Thanks

Edit. I have been able to transfer the pass via Chrome. Seems to not like IOS.

Had the same issue. Ended up needing to ring.

Apparently, like you found it works via PC browsers. When you said it works via Chrome, was this on a PC?

I succeeded on an old laptop running Win8.1. Did not work on fresh iPad or current Mac running Safari

We did go to Ballarat on Thursday @RooFlyer but my step tally on Saturday night was typically 100,000+
By Sunday, I had excelled myself apparently!
(I usually do 14,000, with 20,000 on a good day!)

Hopefully a fix to multi-leg reward bookings from erroring out after putting in passenger details - I've been working on an itinerary with 6 "flights" (10 sectors) with varying date/flight combinations and 3 different error codes received

On the app home screen:

• It counted down the days until my next flight but once it reached 10 days it didn’t go down any further and froze at that number (despite many refreshes), all the way until the day I flew
• The points and status credit counters haven't correctly updated in a week - going into the activity statement shows the correct counts, and even emails from QF (normally lagging) show more recent tallies

Delete and reinstall will probably fix that.

I find that doing that on any apps that starts behaving badly is usually a good idea*.

When you reinstall you get all those options about alerts, tracking etc that might have got muddled during an OS or app update.

*exception being those naughty apps that only store important data on your device and not a cloud or backend system. Delete the app entirely and you delete local data… The QF app should be find however.
