Try ringing them now and see whether the booking is in the back end, this worked for me a few weeks agoI've just gone through making a Classic Rewards redemption on KLM, AMS to LCY in April.
Went through Express Checkout to the payment page when it suddenly fails with "Sorry, an error seems to have occurred, and this page cannot be displayed (15079, 421)"
Now when I go back to search for the same flights again it tells me that there's no classic reward availability for this route... IT failure or just my luck with timing and they've pulled all the seats seconds before I tried to book one?!
