Known issue using the app.I am trying to transfer a lounge pass but get an error message to check the number.
I have checked and it is ok. What is the work around? Thanks
Edit. I have been able to transfer the pass via Chrome. Seems to not like IOS.
Had the same issue. Ended up needing to ring.
Apparently, like you found it works via PC browsers. When you said it works via Chrome, was this on a PC?
