The definitive thread on Qantas IT gripes

I am trying to transfer a lounge pass but get an error message to check the number.
I have checked and it is ok. What is the work around? Thanks

Edit. I have been able to transfer the pass via Chrome. Seems to not like IOS.
Known issue using the app.
Had the same issue. Ended up needing to ring.

Apparently, like you found it works via PC browsers. When you said it works via Chrome, was this on a PC?

Hopefully a fix to multi-leg reward bookings from erroring out after putting in passenger details - I've been working on an itinerary with 6 "flights" (10 sectors) with varying date/flight combinations and 3 different error codes received 😒

On the app home screen:
  • It counted down the days until my next flight but once it reached 10 days it didn’t go down any further and froze at that number (despite many refreshes), all the way until the day I flew
  • The points and status credit counters haven't correctly updated in a week - going into the activity statement shows the correct counts, and even emails from QF (normally lagging) show more recent tallies
