I booked two stays in London, Conrad (4nts) and Hilton Paddington (2nts) using the status directly with them for April trip.
Straight away after booking, the app showed I have requested upgrade to next category room on each stay at $0. Which I believe is the standard status benefit.
However tonight when I checked again, the requested upgrade is not selected anymore. Instead there are options for payable upgrades.
Is this normal? Or should I email them to request upgrades?
