Finally made it! Took me 7 years and thanks to AFF it sometimes also involved some unusual routing...
As opposed to Comoman's post above...I know exactly how many SC I obtained each year (1030, 1560, 1815, 1865, 2250, 2445 and 3015).

So now I only have to hope that QF stays in business for the next ~45 years if I am to enjoy the benefits up to the average life expectancy for Australian males

Now time to go read that "Life after LTG" thread, but the recent decision of QF to limit the 2400SC bonus only to QF/JQ flights should make the decision to credit anything above 1200 SC elsewhere even simpler.

Only 160 SC to go! I was supposed to achieve LTG when landing at JFK later this week, but unfortunately the bankruptcy of AB means I'll have to wait until I get to CLT to get the missing 20 SC. Charlotte is less glamorous than NYC to celebrate...

You should have seen the look on @QF WP's face last night at our meet in PER when he was saying LTG was only x SC's away and I jokingly said: "Haven't you seen the email today that the bar will be raised to 21000 SCs?".

I thought for a moment @Steady was going to have to leap over the table and administer mouth-to-mouth resuscitation (and I think @Steady was in fear of that prospect).

I must remember not to jest in such ways to, ahem, middle-aged men. Hyuk, hyuk...
