Life Time Gold - The [Realistic] Holy Grail

Any takers for a life time ending in 2? Then we have the range 0-9
As mentioned any ending number is possible if you had 50% bonus SC offers and depending on the number of flights that posted using the 50% bonus offer.

I remember the days of 5 and 7 SC's for sectors and then there's the DSC for 15 SC sectors, because of rounding that's likely going to give a 1, 3, 7 or 9 SC total. Mine is similar (currently 12,829). I'm going to try and get 13,999 and grab a screenshot for posterity. Then its off to finish my AA LTG.

And when you add 5 to them they end with 6, 8, 2 and 4. So all bases covered. :)

18 years... of whY warrior-ing, DSCs maximising, flying private (no SCs there) and finally a job with a J travel policy. Throw in three years of no flying for a uni degree and a stint as PS .

I can assure you, Qantas, as a spritely 35 year old, I’ll be making sure I have my lifetime share of make your own toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwiches...

Mission accomplished.

terrific to have so young - well done!

Congratulations @chooms - I am working my way there in a similar format (just no J travel policy :(), so living vicariously through everyone who has already made it.

Are the stats in your signature accurate? I'm making some ground on the flights and miles :)

Hi all, I'm currently on 13,904 SC and heading off to Hong Kong tomorrow for what will be the achievement of LTG (on the return leg next week). Nice to get there after a few strong earning years and then a flat spot. Mrs PA had to travel solo Mel/Syd last week and realises what a benefit QC is!!

yes it’s great for domestic travel, particularly now that we flit around different airlines. Very useful out of Canberra where so many flights are all Y. Enjoy your flight and locking in LTG.

Welcome to club. It is nice to have it in the back pocket.
Having made LTG in the past year, it is both great to have but terrible to have to rely on, in the event you drop.
Similar to health insurance - you don't ever want to be in a bad enough position where you have to use it.
It took me about 8 years to get LTG. Probably a lot longer than many.
