Life Time Gold - The [Realistic] Holy Grail

No Cookies

I just paid for a 22 yo cousin to fly to Adelaide for a family reunion and asked him if he was a QFF and his response was do I need to be (so I just sent him this) and said yes you do.

The first time I had any sort of status on QF was silver in 2008. Had just got to Platinum with Ansett when they went belly up though :(
oh, I earned plenty of points wih those flights.

No travel, even if earning QFF ponts and counting as eligible taken before September 1998 counts toward life time status.

Last weekend I finally managed to tick over to LTS. LTG literally seems like a lifetime away but I also never thought I'd get to WP and yet here I am and will retain this year. It's taking hints and tips from AFF that might see that LTG happen sooner rather than much, much later.

I never thought I would ever get QF Plat not to mention LT Gold. Due to work trips and to tips from AFF, I have been QF Plat for the last 9 years (and #10 almost in the bag thanks to a rtn J trip from Syd to LHR with double SCs) and got LT Silver about 7 years ago and LT Gold 1.5 years ago :)

In one of the early AFF threads on Lifetime Silver and Lifetime Gold I thought it'd be very difficult to reach either level.

Took a few years to get to Lifetime Silver but Lifetime Gold followed very quickly.
