Oh I wish. If I nap in the middle of the day I am ratso for the rest of the day - just groggy and out of it. MrLtL and the rest of the family can nap and wake up refreshed and ready to go.
A Power Nap of just 15 minutes is wonderful. Only me and eldest son seem to have this ability. Everyone else is like you.

As a flip to my post in WCMO - my Physio yesterday was happy with my body, apart from the work we need to do on my hips/lower back.
As I had back/hip pain for around 10 years, when we were discussing the latest issues initially, he was thinking bursitis, maybe needed some hip imaging done, etc.

By the end of the consultation, he was pretty happy with my body (umm, that sounds weird as I type it out :p) and felt my regime of PIlates and gym training was keeping me in fairly good nick. It probably helped that I usually go to him when the back pain is much worse than it has been.
The only thing he wanted me to try to add in would be some dancing ... maybe next year when school is over??!!

It has been way to long since someone posted in this thread - somebody must have had something good happen.

Mine was a friend coming over and putting clean sheets on my bed because I still can't manage it myself yet - BLISS

LTIL - Swiss Public transport.

Yesterday did Bus-Bus (4 mins), Bus-Train (7 mins), Train-Train (3 mins) transfers all went smoothly and the journey took and 1.5 hrs all up. In many countries, you'd have to allow 1.5 hrs just for the three transfers.

Plenty of other similar length train-train transfers over the last few weeks as well.
