Bonus points are supposed to post 6-8 weeks after the end of the promo according to the terms and conditions

This happened to me too. Who are you going to email about it? I will need a similar strategy. From memory the T&Cs did say that transactions need to be made by 27th April, which we both did.

I was about to enquire about this since I have received my spend points but not bonus points. I'll sit tight a bit longer.

I have the same issue. Transactions on the 25 and 26 April (which show up as such in the "transactions" view) are on the statement as 28 and 29 April.
I hope they post the 2500 points, but I get the feeling we'll both need to follow them up.

I have PDF'd my "transactions" page just in case it changes.

I called Qantas Cash today to check on this issue, pointing out that some transactions I made were done on 27 April but have posted as 28 April. The CSR Alistair indicated that I will receive the bonus points, as the system showed him that the transactions were made by midnight 27th (as per T&Cs) but that the settlement occurred a day later. He said to wait the 6-8 weeks.

Mee three, the only problem I have is that I have requested a Qantas Cash card for my wife too and its just not arrived. Never mind it sounds like there will be other offers!!
