I added $300 using the BPAY details generated and today (2 days later) I receive an email saying I have 4 hours to load the card. The cash has already left my account and I was pretty careful with the BPAY information. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Same thing happened to me - transfer on Thursday, received 4 hour notice on Friday. I'll see what happens when the banks "open" after the weekend....

I would ring Qantas Cash today, there would have been a settlement last night, leaving it till Tuesday wont change much as its unlikely to have gone through Monday night.

What do they actually mean by you 'have 4 hours to load the card'?

"Just one more step to complete your load request

We've received your request to load your Qantas Cash facility via BPAY®.

To complete your order, please make a payment for the full amount indicated below as "Total Amount Due" via BPAY from your bank account within 4 hours of this request."

This arrived 1 - 2 days after the initial load request in qantas cash and, in my case, 24 hours after when I bpayed

I would say it's just a warning that you need to get the bpay in by the close of the banking cutoff on that day to make it by the deadline on the order. I would just wait another day or 2. The money doesn't seem to hit the account until the 3rd business day after making the bpay

Qantas Cash may just be having some issues currently as when I tried to log in this morning the website gave me an error stating that they have not sent me a card with the Cash facility. Which is obviously untrue as I used it yesterday.

Received my first 2,500 points in about 3 weeks, which was fast.

I have loaded $300 for the next round and hoping to pay for dinner this week which will get me the next 2,500 points.

I took no additional action and today I was notified by email the transfer had completed. I think this is just a badly worked reminder email that your window to use the bpay info is expiring.

Got my 2500 points today three weeks after using it.... I spent $250 at Woolies where i got a bonus 1000 points if I swiped my Everyday rewards card.. Plus the 125 points for the transaction on the QANTAS cash card, and the points from my Everyday rewards card, it was a good shop.

The bonus for the competition has an eight week clause in the Ts&Cs. Hopefully it doesnt take that long.

Does anyone's balance NOT match the sum of all the transactions?

I loaded some money onto the card and used it for some purchases, but the remaining balance is about ten dollars lower than it should be after adding up all the transactions on the card and subtracting these from the loaded amount. All my transactions have been in AUD so currency conversion shouldn't be an issue.

And now am unable to log into the Qantas Cash website at all, getting a "One or more of the fields below is incorrect OR you may not have received and/or activated your new Qantas Card with Qantas Cash" error at the QFF member number / email address screen.

It occurs to me that in the last couple of weeks we've had issues with the general QFF site, the reward availability part of the site, the Aquire system and now the Qantas Cash system. Where's a "roll of the head" smiley when you need it.

Same problem here, Qantas Cash website after the weekend "upgrade" does not recognise my details

Same here.

And after my flights being cancelled, it feels more and more like a message... ^^

Could this be the issue?

5.9 When the Facility is used at bars or restaurants an additional percentage (usually, but not necessarily,
20%) may be automatically added by the merchant as
an anticipated service charge or tip and debited to the
Fund. If your actual service charge or tip is less, any
unused portion of the anticipated service charge or tip
amount may be temporarily unavailable.

I've had a couple restaurant/cafe purchases that had a temporary hold of 20% for a couple days until the payment processed.

I want to get the best from this 2500 pts for $250 spent offer
Anyone got any clever ideas on how we can easily clock up a lot of small-value "eligible" purchases to maximise the number of entries in the NY holiday competition?
Scanning and paying for my grapes individually at the supermarket (and paying by paypass each time) would be tiresome!
