Background to this thread
We have noticed an increase in the posting of questions regarding what Airport Lounges are available at specific airports when travelling on specific airlines. While one can be assured of access at the airline lounge when travelling on that airline (provided you have Lounge membership), thing start to get complex when travelling on a codeshare or partner airline.

Posting Guidelines
Please post your questions about Lounge access in this thread. Be sure to include the airline you are travelling on, the airport (and terminal, if known), and any Airline Status or Airport Lounge membership programs you have.

When answering questions, please include the original question. This will assist in readability and management of the thread.

(Special thanks to Princess Fiona for suggesting this new thread.)

Wow, thanks for that really helpful response !, all good then, I was going to fly Jetstar but they were twice as expensive and I'm also not keen after prior poor experiences.

I will never set foot on a Jetstar aircraft!
Enjoy your trip!

Yes
You will be able to guest your daughter in at both BNE and LAX.
Note that BNE is closed for renovations though so if you are travelling soon you may get vouchers instead of lounge access. Qantas Lounge Access and Eligibility

Thankyou for the prompt reply , we are flying AA domestic first from LAX to DEN , from what I can see we will not be eligible to take guests into the LAX domestic AA lounge .

I think that's right. You however will have access given you are arriving long-haul business class.

As explained the First Class section of the Golden Lounge (satellite) is to the right of the agents desk. as you walk through the dining room is to the right of the initial seating area. Further in there is more seating areas by the windows and a buffet area. At the end of the lounge are the showers.

It is very quiet most times. Dont be concerned that you might be the only ones there. There are staff hovering around. Proper food (from a menu) with table service is found in the dining room.

There are announcements regarding boarding

I think I know the answer to this but nevertheless:

Award booking MEL-LAX-LAS. MEL-LAX QF in F then 4hrs later (same ticket) LAX-LAS on AA in Y.

Which of the following lounges in LAX will I be able to access: in TBIT - QF F, QF J, in T4 - AA Flagship, Admirals Club

Which will I be able to guest someone in to?

Thanks brains trust! :D

Any or all as indicated ... with Guest ... if nothing else due to your 5+ hour inbound F flight.

Apologies yes you are correct. If the layover is long enough it might be worth getting a day pass.

You can access all of those lounges and guest one person.

Hi, we have qff economy points flights for 2 booked from Perth to London return on a Qantas e ticket and I have q club membership. Flights out are ek421/qf9 and return cx238 and cx171 via Hong Kong.

I can see we can access the qantas lounge in Dubai, but Perth, London and Hong Kong may not be accessable just with q club membership. Are you able to clarify this? Thanks.

Though I have not used it what a great thread the "I am in the q club lounge" is!

DXB is the only airport you will have access in

Hi all,
I have searched but not been able to find any info regarding lounge access when flying LA.
I am flying SYD-SCL on LA800 (in Y) in October, do I get access to the SYD QF lounge as a QFSG (OWS)? The LAN website is not clear and suggests that you have be flying in J to gain access in SYD.
For the stopover in AKL, is the QF lounge available for use?
Thanks!
