Background to this thread
We have noticed an increase in the posting of questions regarding what Airport Lounges are available at specific airports when travelling on specific airlines. While one can be assured of access at the airline lounge when travelling on that airline (provided you have Lounge membership), thing start to get complex when travelling on a codeshare or partner airline.

Posting Guidelines
Please post your questions about Lounge access in this thread. Be sure to include the airline you are travelling on, the airport (and terminal, if known), and any Airline Status or Airport Lounge membership programs you have.

When answering questions, please include the original question. This will assist in readability and management of the thread.

(Special thanks to Princess Fiona for suggesting this new thread.)

Flying BKK-DOH (F) then DOH-DUB (J) with Qatar. Could anyone advise which lounges we will be eligible (that are open!) for in both Bangkok and Doha?
QR has a lounge at BKK but it’s temporarily closed so they are directing you to the Miracle lounge. Not sure if any other OW lounges are open in BKK currently.
DOH you could have a couple of options but not across them completely, others may know more

Trying to figure out whether QF complimentary lounge invitations are usable on OneWorld international partner lounges (e.g. Finnair, Qatar)? If they are, wondering whether they will make a child and and infant travelling with us use one (or if they are likely to be let the children come in with the adult lounge pass used)?

No they can only be used in QF lounges flying QF or JQ

Flying out from Sydney on a domestic Jetstar flight, how viable would it be to use the T3 Qantas Club lounge? When should I leave T3 for my gate to make it there comfortably?

The oneworld website lounge access page appears to be kept pretty much up to date. Keep you eye on it as things may change.

Here are the BKK options - The QR and CX lounges are Closed. Depending on Timing, the JAL lounge may be open. Other than that, it is the Miracle lounge for you.
DOH: Appears to be Al Mourjan Business Lounge

Would the DOH First lounge be accessible based on the incoming flight being in F?

Reports on FT would suggest yes, although this is not a OW rule more just how QR interprets things.
Pre-Covid it used to be 5 hours duration of inbound but that seems to have gone and any QR F BP inbound accepted.

QR is also a bit funny about ticket stock as well.
Not directly relevant to the OP but I was refused access trying to pay for AS in March as on an AA Award in J.
Others have been successful here.

Who knows, they have so many clauses in their lounge access.
If it’s not booked through QR you aren’t eligible, upgrades aren’t eligible but award bookings are and so on…………
And it also depends on whether they like your face or not.

Sorry not sure what this means? We will or won't have access to the F lounge as a result?
There are a few reports on Flyertalk that people in your circumstances have been granted access to Al Safwa by showing an inbound QR F BP even for a short sector. These reports are relatively recent.
So yes you might well get lucky, if not the Al Mourjan lounge isn’t too shabby. The upstairs dining area is quite acceptable.

Thanks so much. We will chance our arm and if not we will slum it in the business lounge :p

I'm flying American Airlines from Minneapolis to Los Angeles in a week or so, departing at 6am on a Saturday. Flying Business class. I'm Qantas Platinum / OneWorld Emerald.

I foolishly assumed that there would be an AA or OneWorld lounge at this airport, but it appears there is not (although there seem to be lounges for the other major US carriers).

I have a Qantas American Express Ultimate card, but it seems that only gets you into the American Express lounges in Sydney and Melbourne, and not internationally.

Just wondering what my options are.

You can pay to access the Escape Lounge. But for a 0600am departure it would be a very expensive cup of coffee.
