Background to this thread
We have noticed an increase in the posting of questions regarding what Airport Lounges are available at specific airports when travelling on specific airlines. While one can be assured of access at the airline lounge when travelling on that airline (provided you have Lounge membership), thing start to get complex when travelling on a codeshare or partner airline.

Posting Guidelines
Please post your questions about Lounge access in this thread. Be sure to include the airline you are travelling on, the airport (and terminal, if known), and any Airline Status or Airport Lounge membership programs you have.

When answering questions, please include the original question. This will assist in readability and management of the thread.

(Special thanks to Princess Fiona for suggesting this new thread.)

Not lounge related, but probably better than starting a standalone thread.

Is MEL International QF First check-in open at the moment? Website suggests yes, but QF does not have any flights with First out of MEL at the moment.

I have Qantas Club Membership and am flying in June 2022 from Brisbane to Toronto with a 5 hour stopover in Los Angeles. So land in LA in Terminal B and leave from Terminal 2 on a code share Westjet flight.
Do you know if I can access any of the lounges during my stop-over? Which ones and are they in Term. B or Term 2

The missing (key) details are which airline(s) are you flying with, which codeshare is it and what class of travel?
Westjet codeshare with Delta which is part of SkyTeam. Generally there needs to be a QF flight number, a qualifying credit card, or a Biz class ticket to be eligible for lounge access.

I have a flight from ADL>PER (on QF), arriving after 9pm. My next flight isn't until 2am PER>KUL (MH). This is in September.

Will there even be a lounge open that I will have access to at that time? Flying in business both flights.

The QF lounges at T4 will still be open until near midnight for the late red eyes to the East coast. You may be able to use them until time to move to t1.

Anyone flown the early (6am) flights out of AKL recently, and know what lounge is used? I'll be on QF152 on a Tuesday.

I know Qantas is currently using the NZ Koru Lounge, however the earliest NZ departure is 8:50am and per AirNZ's website the lounge opens 2h before the first departure.

Is there just no lounge, or is the NZ lounge open early, or...?

Per this it says
Access to the Qantas Lounge is currently unavailable.
We temporarily have access to the Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge: 2 hours prior to Qantas operated departures.
Does this mean the Koru lounge will be open early for Qantas departures? I certainly hope so.

Msprozac flying WhY QR 702 JFK-DOH, arrival DOH 5:30 PM Thu Jun 30, 2022. 8.45hr layover until connecting flight DOH-PER. Can she buy lounge access or can someone guest?
What is the airport like generally? Places where she can relax between flights?

Assuming there's no one around to guest her, Dragonpass offers two options - the Al Maha Transit Lounge (which is a conventional lounge) and the sleep 'n fly Sleep Lounge (which offers small cabins/pods to rest in).

Al Maha can get very popular during the interchange period with long queues out the door, but things shouldn't be too bad for QR702 I think. A lounge pass covers up to 6 hours.

sleep n fly is great for a nap but many amenities are chargeable and each lounge pass only covers 2-3 hours (depending on whether it's peak or not) - I'm assuming you can stack passes to extend the time, but not 100% sure.

Dragonpass lounge passes can be obtained at 19 GBP each through Regus (this blog post seems to explain it reasonably well) - once you've set up the free membership, download the app and log in ahead of time. You can load up the app and buy a pass on the spot (so long as you have data of course) or do it ahead of time, and each pass is a generic pass that can be used anywhere in the Dragonpass network.

I'm QF Gold travelling today on a EK operated flight ex-MEL but with a QF ticket and flight code. Will the boarding pass that I'm issued by EK check-in staff show the QF flight number in order that I can enter the International Business Lounge with MrsRebus and our two young children? Or will lounge staff have visibility that this is a QF ticket regardless or what's printed on the boarding pass?

You should be fine, the lounge staff would be right across it. Being a QF flight number the QF child rules would apply.

I'll be flying J on QF9 (MEL-PER-LHR) later this year. Because the domestic leg leaves from T2 at Melbourne Airport, I'm not sure what business lounge access I'll have in Melbourne. Would anyone know the answer?
