There are 3 3K flights to MNL, and only 3K765 at 4:50pm would coincide with the lounge opening times. Even then, it's an extremely quiet time at that lounge at that time, so unfortunately for you, the chance of finding someone to do guesting would be similar to that of finding a unicorn.

I'm already in MEL for meetings on 11th - got a 8.05pm departure if you're at a loose end during the afternoon (looks like a MEL weekend with +2).

It is a MEL weekend with +2. Visiting relatives who live there. We get in at 4:30pm, so we'll probably head for their place. Best get the address from them ...
