Oh. In that case I won't make it for the 772 as I won't be travelling until end of this year. So it will be all New A330 flights for SYD?

Yep and for Melbourne too. Just checked and the last 772 from Sydney is on 5th April with both services going A333 on the 6th.

Malaysian business class.

Most discussions seem to centre round Virgin and qantas. However has anyone got any advice when Travelling with Malayasian Airlines. Brisbane to Kuala Lumpar, then A380 KL to London. Which seats are best, which seats to be avoided. I know that Business Class on MAS is not quite the same as with some of the other airlines, but when a flight is $2500 cheaper you cannot expect the same. We have requested row 2 on the first leg and row 7 on the second leg. Just wanted to know what some of your members though.

have just done a return in J, 3 paxin the last week.
going over was MH122, a 777-200 i believe. very old coughpy plane really. IFE had to be reset about 10 times. didn't see the end if one movie. service and food were excellent though.
my only complaint was that they moved me to sit next to my daughter on request as she suffers a little bit from travel sickness, but when i looked over, i would've been seated next to Sir Jackie Stewart. bummer, i went weak at the knees. seats 1A/C and the next one over . Nanny (Ms KLN Senior) should have been in Row 2, but they said to move up into Row 1 to sit with your family.

returning from KL on Tuesday this week, on MH141, 3 X J pax on a A330. much more pleasant. everything working. food excellent, service excellent. it was so full though that i didn't get a chance to nick a doona. only like the unused ones.
