Meet a Moderator on the Gold Coast - Sat. Dec 7th

I'm doing an M(attress)R and will be overnighting in Sanctuary Cove on December 7th.

Happy to meet up that evening for a few drinks and/or a feed?

Suggestions as to venue and other options welcome.

I'm interested, I'll be down there for golf on Saturday and Sunday.
Let me know if you want to tee it up, not sure who are golfers. Both courses are having greens punched right now, so will be in excellent condition in early December. The Palm is playing very difficult right now, just the way I like it. The Pines is the usual good challenge.

Golf is out () as I don't fly up until the afternoon and will be leaving in the morning - surprisingly it was cheaper to/from BNE than OOL on VA (MEL/BNE rt for $175).

In another thread, markis10 suggested the Japanese restaurant at Arakawa as a venue, but we were off topic so to continue that discussion I'm just leaving it here, depending on budgets, culinary requirements and whatever else is planned so far. I'm there once a fortnight and love the food and service, I think everyone knows my name in fact!

But I think the focus is Sanctuary Cove so this is in completely the wrong spot

Golf on the Saturday sounds good.

I am thinking of staying at Sanctuary Cove on the Friday night for the IHG win big promotion. Saturday night is too expensive so could be looking to stay somewhere cheaper.
