Meet me in the SQ Lounge thread

Flying F/R 228-26 MEL-SIN-FRA on Thu Mar 31 - if anybody on same flt ex MEL I can get you into MEL F Lounge - in SIN can guest 1 into whatever SQ F Lounge is in T3 - hit me up if interested đź‘Ť

I think we’d all enjoy your observations of the trip, partic what you can find out about the new Sin lounge/s?

I am currently in Europe. A few days ago the Singapore First Lounge and TPR were not yet open. I was not able to determine an estimated time for completion and I could not see how far advanced they were as area is boarded off.
A section of the new Singapore business lounge is for exclusive use of First customers - and was very crowded - did not feel exclusive at all. Mrs PB thought it felt like a Qantas Club lounge ( but she is a harsh judge). When we used it in January it was deserted.
This time I flew from Sydney - The Sydney Singapore first lounge was extremely crowded as well.
I suspect the experience will depend on timing / luck as well. I am also interested in CE's observations.

Like @Kimster above, I'm also on SQ238, but on 9th Apr.
Will be heading to the J lounge of course, and can guest someone in (regular KF, no status etc, so I hope I can guest?).

Edit: It appears that without KF Gold or *A Gold status I don't have any guesting privileges. Apologies for that folks!

Hi Mate. yea i just seen it on SIA website. Question thou. Which lounge would you use at FRA if SIA lounge closed. Canada airlines or Lufthansa lounge
I was invited to the Lufthansa lounge the last time I flew home from FRA on SQ.

I think being the home lounge it will always be better

I am travelling to SIN from SYD on SQ212 this Wednesday morning 20th April. Happy to guest someone in. I have PPS status so no issues with the guest policy.
