OK, just booked as have confirmed babysitting arrangments.
I'll be attending with +1, am Hilton silver, will be at dinner. Staying in the Hilton Residences in a two bed apartment, as no hotel rooms available on 30th!

I indictated yes for the premium wines, but that may change as I'm not a wine buff. Quaffing wines usually suit me (and my budget ;)).

Final interest will depend upon how premium, premium is!
 
I've completed the Google form and updated my post #1 details.

May not he able to inbibe too much, as we're driving back to BNE at 8am
 
I've filled out the form. I elected not to opt into the premium wines; not because I don't link wine, but probably because:
  • I can't drink too much
  • It probably isn't a good idea for me to drink too much
  • I probably won't drink enough to justify the cost
It sounds like a great idea for the interested, though. With more time on my hands (and cash), I wouldn't mind joining in. Mind you, my idea of enjoying premium wines is about 6-12 hours going late into the night! ;) :o

As always I am interested in this mysterious wine thing. I will make sure that I visit the ATM en route to this event, so I can pay the bill.


Also, I am happy to split bottles during the main event. tuapekastar, monitor and I did this rather successfully at OzFest last month. This works well for us single folk, it's economical, and lets you try a few different wines on the list... and I recall one particular wine that went down very well in Canberra :)
