Please tell me were does NAB say this? I cant find it.

The only item I can see in the T&C for the bonus points offer, is that it is not available if you are transferring from another product.

You are probably right. I guess I assumed you couldn't hold two at once and just cancel and reapply each time.

Mmmm..... From Westpac points came overnight..... From nab..... Not in account yet.... Sent 5 minutes before Westpac?????

After having 3 NAB Velocity and 1 of these NAB rewards Visa cards in a little over a year I an biting the bullet and have just applied for another NAB visa after transferring my points and cancelling my card last week.

I know I am pushing things but they just keep approving and my credit rating is still hanging in enough to get approved. I am leaving to go away for three months and this is the only card I am eligible for that's worthwhile so why not have another dip.

NAB has been great due to their no waiting period between cards and has/will keep my points ticking over until the Amex and other 18 or 12 months waits are over later this year.

There is via the link I used. 80000 reward points and fee free for the first year. $2500 minimum spend in first three months.

I found it via point hacks website. Not sure I am allowed to post links on here.

I transferred on the 4th....email says up to 10 business says......we are getting close as point not there yet!

Around 3 days for me. I cancelled the card as soon as the points went across.

How long did it take for points to hit your rewards balance. Paid CSA on Friday and still waiting (guidelines bar ATO spend but is silent on other Govt agencies).

Happy to say NAB just keeps on giving. Received SMS saying my 5th Nab card has been approved and on the way just in time to spend the $2500 minimum spend buying on board credit at USD 0.77 to the AUD on our upcoming cruise from Sydney to Seattle. The rate offered by the cruise line is far better than I would get buying USD anywhere else. It is the second lot I have purchased as I did the same with my previous card. Of course I wont spend much and will cash out the unused amount in cash in USD at the end of the cruise. Win/win.

:D

Just got my 80k points, very happy, took about 4 weeks since I made the qualifying transaction,

I will probably close my account soon, seems like nab dont police the exclusion period but ive also read that its better to keep the card open to apply for another one......

not sure what to do with the points now, I assume if I close my card, my points disappear too, unless I transfer them out, im not sure where im going to transfer them to as I have a zero abalance velocity account and Ive been a qantas FF point hoarder my whole life
EDITt:
is this correct,I called up customer support to ask what programs Ican transfer my points to, and got told, nothing unless I change the type of credit I have to another one......

This is not correct. Check the link provided in message # 1 (https://www.nab.com.au/personal/banking/credit-cards/nab-rewards-platinum-card). You will see that the current offer of 80,000 bonus points ends May 31,2017.

Although there is now a $195.

The following appears to be a new link for the $0 promotion:

https://www.nab.com.au/sites/person...filiate?cid=DFA:2472427:146414845:317963023:0

why does anyone need a link?
The standard offer at NAB website is 80k points and $0 annual fee for the first year, I cant see what I am missing.
