If the offers got better every month, nobody would take up an offer. You really have to assume when an offer is available, that its not going to be better later.

I don't disagree! But the last one was my 4th NAB card & the best so far! I blame them for increasing my expectations ;-)

Really glad I got in late last month now ... was thinking about waiting to see if there were better offers in June :)

EDIT, was simply my blocked up. When I click on 'Redeem' in online banking, it doesn't go anywhere. How are people getting in to redeem?

How long have people's bonus points been taking to come in? I made the min payment over the weekend and have just noticed Velocity have extended their 15% bonus until 18 June...

Has anyone else had trouble applying for NAB as a non customer? Have cycled all the other banks without issue. Have now moved my banking to them to secure these promotions.

I am only a customer because NAB are the bonus point champions. Not a problem.

For me the points landed 2 days after the payment that took me to the minimum spend, credited.

Can I ask where you can see that? I've just had a quick look, and I can't even see points for spend.

edit- ignore that, it's saying there's an error and check back later

Pretty pleased with this after all.

Min spend met 6 June
Standard points posted soon after, then 80k bonus points a couple of days after that
Transferred all that I could to Velocity on 9 June (you have to transfer in 3000 point chunks) and they arrived with the 15% bonus a week later

Can't see any reason to keep the card.

Still have 1500 points left, not even enough to make a $10 charity donation, not sure what to do with that. The rewards portal is terrible, it took me about 3 days to find it in their internet banking site, and you can't log in on an iPad because the login link in internet banking is broken.

managed to go churn the card 3 times during this 80k promo, even had time for 1 rejection along the way (when i reapplied too early). wife managed to get the card twice.. easy 200k points

Just getting my card up to the min rewards points to transfer and then off with it's head. Is there an oppo to do a 4th sign on bonus?

I waited months and months for the last lot of points to post. Found out later that despite all my calls to ask when they would appear and told to wait, that it was because I'd done the min spend on ATO.

I pointed out that although that was my mistake, why didn't any of the 'tom, dicks and harrys' I'd since spoke to, tell me that. They immediately apologised for that 'oversight' and I had the 80K with 10 minutes. Very impressed I was.

Just got an e-mail from NAB proudly announcing that my bonus points have been added to my account.

Jolly good - except the were in there and immediately yanked out by me over 2 weeks ago ;)

Hi RooFlyer, I also got the email this week which was good news. Unfortunately I haven't been able to extract mine just yet... forgive me as I'm probably missing something extremely obvious, but would you mind enlightening me as to how to access them? When I go to the rewards store site it says to logon to net banking. When I do that there is no sign anywhere of being able to get into the rewards store. I seem to just bounce back from one to the other. Pardon my ignorance - thanks :)

It's the worst rewards site I've ever used. Only way to log in is via internet banking (browser or app), not the rewards site itself. Click my cards, then right at the bottom is NAB Rewards. The NAB Rewards link doesn't work at all on an iPad for me, so good luck if you try that.

Yep, that's how I did it. Can't access my account right now (don't have my card and ID) but you go to 'my account' and you see the rewards on the right with your points total. I transferred mine to VA while they had a 15% bonus.

Thank you both! Amazing - never found that part of the site before!
Received email today re the 80k points but they posted before today, as used them yesterday to book General Admission MCG tickets for tomorrow night. $9/ticket via Ticketek to upgrade to AFL Member Reserve tickets on the wing. GA tickets $25 and next tier were $65 and they were half way between the goals and 50m line, so some NAB points and $9 = good result.

If using Chrome you need to click the red icon on the RHS of the address bar as pop-ups are blocked. Once clicked it only allows pop-ups for this site and will then open in a new window and you are away.

Yes, Robbo3 is on the money. I had the same issue (use Chrome) until I observed the folly.
