I was told the same thing.

I cancelled my card 2 weeks ago, got the letter last week confirming. They did say on the phone that the card could still remain in my account for up to 6 months. I have no idea why that would be the case but hard to argue with call centre staff.

I guess they were telling the truth then... In this digital age I don't understand why, but I guess it really does not make an difference to me.

Just put my first points through this card this week to cover the $1500 spend.....how long before I should expect to see the 75k sign on bonus points come through?

Does anyone know if paying your rent is considered as part of the $1,500 everyday purchases target for triggering the bonus points?

Is this offer still active?

I know it says this:

'Offer commences 22 June 2016. Offer available online only, to approved applicants who apply for a new NAB Velocity Rewards Premium Card by 2 October 2016. '

But the link still seem active.

I would not risk it. The T & C seem very clear to me.

Spent the $1500 well over a month ago, but still waiting for my bonus points!

Same on my +1's card....expected them last statement(2nd) after I received mine on 1st statement a few months ago. Will remain patient.

From perusing this thread it's clear that Nab releases the bonus points in batches, usually around the end of each month. I'm expecting mine this month too so hopefully will see them in the week ahead.

Yes it does. I paid via DEFT last time and it triggered the bonus points however you might have to pay some extra charges.

I have. Am on my third card now BUT despite assurances I am still to receive the 3rd lot of bonus points. Getting close to the 90 days and just about to give them another call.
So far since April or May I think when I got my first card I have received 60,000 + 75,000.

Hope you pull this off. Maybe the rest of us will have another try too.

Spent my 1500, paid the transaction straight away. Have not been charged the annual fee yet. Do you guys get the points before the annual fee is paid?

Just checked account, nothing owing. Been 1 month since I first activated and met the minimum spend.

NAB usually do the fee on the second statement.
