NAB Velocity Rewards Premium- how long to get points?

Sorry to be a little bit off topic, but how long does it take for everybody's normal monthly reward point earn to appear in their velocity accounts?

I signed up with a NAB home loan (the 250k offer) in mid December and had my first velocity platinum statement in mid February, which said I'd earned around 3000 points. Nothing has shown up in my Velocity account yet. Seems a little bit long but I thought I'd check on here before I give them a call. Hopefully they haven't got the wrong velocity account number recorded!

Yeah something is wrong. Should post around the EOM

Our Velocity credit card spend points appear so often it's ridiculous, and SC from flights are allocated next day sometimes. But the NAB card has still not credited any points to our account, so I am now thinking it's a NAB issue, not a Velocity one.
I recall fine print somewhere that said the next round of points gifting would be in May for anyone who qualified before Dec 15, followed by late August for everyone else.

Still haven't got my points yet and my annual fee still hasn't been charged (well actually it's my wife's).. When did everyone else's get charged? I'm worried they've stuffed something up. This card is under my wife's name as I have a velocity platinum card in my name. Which is attached to the choice package on our home loan. I therefore don't pay an annual fee. Worried that they've stuffed up and her annual fee hasn't been charged as well because of the choice package and we won't get the points?... Even though they are 2 separate cards and I can't even see hers on our account, she cant see mine, but she does have a secondary card to mine. She got the card early feb and we hit the spend on day 1 of activation, haven't used it since. The points for that purchase were correctly applied on the first statement so it's obviously an acceptable transaction. I guess they do say up to 4 months?

My bonus point has yet to be posted as well, and I hit the spend end of Jan. Annual charge hit in the first month.

Not sure if got extremly lucky, but i applied april 16, got card on 19th. hit the $1500 spend 28th april roughly.

Today 5th May got first statement and the 60,000 points have posted already into my velocity account along with the regular spend points.
Only negative with the NAB, unlike the amex issue card where you could see points earned for individual transaction, the statement just shows a lump sum. At the end of the day only minor and the 60k brings us closer to anniversary holiday next year

Lucky you. No such luck and we're still waiting.

any luck in getting the points? NAB truly are very strange. I got my bonus points before I even received my first months statement... wth.. Where as my dad's took 5 months.

Nope still haven't got the points. Wife spoke to NAB and they refused to look into it until 4 months had passed. Need to wait until the 2nd of June. I really don't see them being in there in the next 2 weeks. Feel like something is stuffed up and this is going to be a painful process. I'm even more worried now that the deal has ended and it's no longer 60k. We had better get the 60k or there will be hell to pay lol.

Husband was last to get his card (April) and got his 60,000 points first. Daughter and I are still waiting, after getting our cards and spending in March..........

Well that's just spooky. I just went back in to daughters account and there are 30,000 extra points sitting there! What a difference 15 minutes makes eh?

One happy traveller :D

I finally just got my 60,000 points. Got my card back in Jan and hit the spend in the first statement cycle. I had to ring up twice before the points were credited. Interestingly they credited outside of the normal statement credit, so I assume someone manually pushed them through.

Wfew received her points finally yesterday. Met the spend on 2 Feb. just in time for flights I need to book. Needed that extra 60k for sq F suites!

I got my card on 4 Feb 2016, completed the minimum spend in the first two days, and got my 60,000 points on 21 May.

Looks like 21 May was the day someone set aside to send out everyone's points.

Regards,
Renato

I got my card about 3 weeks ago and have spent close to $2000 on the card so far. But some of that was on bills like council rates, etc. Should I still qualify for the $1500 minimum spend on things like that? I want to stop using this card now and switch all my spending to my ANZ Black Card instead, because I need to get that one above $2500, but it would be awful if I stopped spending on the NAB cards only to find out in 4 months that I didn't quite make the $1500 minimum spend because some of my spending was not "eligible".

I hit the $1500 with only bills and got the points.
