I think internet connectivity will be a factor in home purchase decisions, but it will be one of many factors that come into play.
I spoke to a REA last month about some places in Wagga, one area is FTTN and another FTTP. He did not think that the differences in MTM contributed to the differences in price.
FTTP area around $100k more than FTTN area and the price differential is most easily explainable by the much newer area and newer and larger houses. If there was a difference it would be marginal.
